Founded in 2008 by several local business owners, 2nd St Festival has grown into one of the largest annual street festivals in Philadelphia, spanning several blocks in Northern Liberties and drawing upwards of 40,000 people!  Always the first Sunday in August, the neighborhood comes alive with food, libations and entertainment!
